My friend Betty was single for a while. She had very little luck finding the right guy but she finally meets someone amazing who we will call Mike. This guy comes along and sweeps Betty off of her feet. Mike had it all. He had his own booming construction business, owned his own tools, and own mansion. You name it, he had it. The relationship progressed quickly and next thing you know they’re getting married.
Then goes the other shoe. It dropped big time. The mansion? Well his out of town friend owns it. His business? He was just an employee. And the tools? They belonged to his boss. Oh and by the way he was let go from that job.
Now it’s been about five months and they’ve moved into her house. Mike is taking his ease. He’s not looking for a job and she’s footing the bill for all their expenses. Recently her house caught on fire and Mike manfully runs into the house and grabs her work uniforms! He explained that he wanted to make sure she didn’t miss any work!
